- PDPamela deV.Dec 30, 20251.0Terrible customer service on 12/29/25😡 I had bought 4 pints of Haagen Dazs ice cream, but one was expired by about 6 months, so I went back to exchange the bad one. I unfortunately did not save the receipt, but the treatment I received was so awful that I had to write this review. The man on duty that afternoon publicly accused me of trying to return something that I’d bought elsewhere. He said he was 100% sure that I didn’t buy it from them, which I 100% DID. He made his accusations loudly, so everyone could hear, so I reciprocated and yelled back at him. I will NEVER shop there again.
