I’ve come here multiple times around peak hours (including today around 12:30 PM), and they frequently have no meat or rice prepped. This location is in a busy town, so it’s surprising and frustrating that basic items aren’t ready during lunch rush. I don’t blame the workers on shift — this feels like a management and planning issue. Better prep, staffing, and oversight are clearly needed. Chipotle is usually reliable, but this location really needs improvement

I’ve ordered multiple times at night, and it’s clear that when they start running out of food, they simply don’t add it to your bowl — yet they still charge you as if you received a full portion. This feels dishonest and unacceptable. Paying full price for half a bowl is not okay. I absolutely do not recommend this location. The lack of consistency and transparency completely ruined the experience.
