- DYDoug YamawakiFeb 18, 20261.0My colleague and I visited the Chipotle in Tarrytown, NY. What a big disappointment with regards to cleaniness. Tables filthy, garbages overflowing, no nakpins in the dispensers, had to ask several times. I keep wondering a place this filthy serving food, how clean are their associates handling the food. Stay away from this location.

- BMBrandon MosherJan 30, 20261.0The server put what she thought was cooked chicken in my burrito bowl over my rice and beans, she realized it was not fully cooked, she then took the chicken out of my bowl, gave it to the cook cooking the chicken, allowed the cook to cook it further and then put it back in the SAME bowl. All the while not even fully taking out all the undercooked chicken that was over my rice and beans. That takes a certain level of stupidity. I’m Appalled at how absolutely ridiculous this place is. I thought it was going to be good based upon its clean appearance but that was seriously unacceptable. People are going to get sick with that type of cluelessness. Train your employees better. Only bonus was I found a solid Mexican chain after. Adobo for the win.

They did not give me my tortilla on the side; but gave me someone else’s order along with my bowl. The store was dirty, no utensils available. The garbage was over flowing. I asked a worker for utensils and informed him that they were running low. He barely heard me because the music was being played too loud.
