  ordered online went to pick up and they would not make the order. I asked to speak to a manger or to know why the dinner i had ordered for my kids and that i paid for was now cancelled and the worker had no explanation. Do not go here

  The lady isn’t welcoming at all, she looks miserable. Multiple times I’ve seen her cross contaminate everything she touches. First visit I seen her touch her phone, then touch the money in the register with the same gloves she uses to make each of the sandwiches. This is twice I told her to change her gloves nicely. Today I’ve witnessed her making multiple sandwiches, using tuna, turkey, touching the register and money while continuing to make others sandwiches without changing her gloves. If she doesn’t have the common sense to follow a simple safe protocol to change her gloves. that makes me think most of the prep food, and object she touches is cross contaminated already.

  Always an issue with this place. Every time I order food from here they either 1) don't have the ingredients available or 2) don't honor the promos. My order gets cancelled EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If they have the ingredients, they cancel because they don't honor the promotions. I wish there was a way to choose a different Subway to get delivery from online because there's one not much farther away from me that is actually run decently.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this location, This is the second time I’ve placed a mobile order here for the “Subway Series Meal of the Day” deal, only to be told after arriving that the sandwich I ordered wasn’t available. Most recently, I ordered the Cold Cut Combo, which is one of Subway’s most basic and standard sandwiches. When I arrived for pickup, the staff told me they “don’t have the Cold Cut Combo” and that my order would need to be canceled. This raises major concerns: if a Subway can’t provide one of its core menu items (which uses standard deli meats they clearly have on hand for other sandwiches), it feels misleading for the app to show this location as participating in the promotion. The fact that this information is not communicated until customers physically arrive is both frustrating and inconvenient, especially when you’ve driven out of your way expecting your order to be ready. Patterns like this make me question the management and reliability of this store. I strongly encourage corporate Subway to review this location’s operations and customer service practices. Customers deserve transparency and consistency, not repeated last-minute cancellations.
