  It was 755pm on a Monday 4.27.26 and we waited in drive thru for 15 mins to pull up and the dude said over the speaker “i took my last order for drive thru you need to come inside” which first off we could barley even understand what he said at first…. Do better Wendys minimum wage isn’t cheap anymore.

  If Wendy's wants to figure why the are filling bankruptcy they need to look at locations like this. The staff at this location is useless. They were all standing around and nobody was getting service. After 30 mins of not being to order our food, we left. We will not be going to this location again.

  I visited this restaurant on a Friday night. I went inside to find the manager yelling and arguing at a door dash driver. After waiting, he told me he can't take my order and I need to go to the drive thru. I asked if I can walk up to the window as I don't have a car and he said no. After some pushing he reluctantly told me I can order online and they'll make it. While waiting for a half hour, I observed the filthiest fast food establishment I've ever seen; I'm not one to complain, but I believe it does not/should not pass sanitary inspections. The final straw was the manager yelling at another employee that the meat wasn't stored properly in the freezer, and he was "gonna give someone salmonella". I quickly left without my food and gladly went hungry. Besides the obvious food safety and health concerns, nobody seemed to know what they were doing, there was rotten food and trash all over the restaurant in front and behind the counter, and only a couple employees handling food were wearing gloves. I of course would like a refund, but also appropriate measures to be taken to ensure the safety of your customers. I am considering making a report to the City of Syracuse Municipal Violations Bureau (MVR)

  I never had to say this before about a Wendy’s and I have been in some questionable ones. This location will hire just anyone. They can’t count, understand English, take correct orders, and it’s not just the guy the girl as well. This is the 4th time they have to check orders, not know what’s being ordered, be told an order multiple times and they will still confidently give you the wrong order. It is a shame and I know people need jobs but basic reading and math has to be a requirement to work a register or drive through. There are other positions like cleaning staff they can work if they don’t have these skills. Unfortunately will never return to this location cooperate should look into this location.

  This Wendy’s was honestly terrible. The manager was yelling at DoorDash drivers in front of everyone, telling them if they were mad about waiting they could just cancel their orders. Like what kind of customer service is that?? It was loud, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. Nobody wants to stand there listening to that while waiting for food. On top of that, the place was dirty—tables not cleaned, stuff on the floor—and I saw workers handling food without gloves. Just gross. Between the attitude and the cleanliness, I’m definitely not coming back.
