  This Mcdonalds is the worse one in the city of Syracuse... literally EVERY time I order food it is missing something (which is atleast once a wk)..how you gonna give me a nugget happy meal without the nuggets, then before that gave me happy meals with no fries. Ya'll managers need to babysit your employees better and go behind them to double check stuff because this is getting ridiculous.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. There was little to no customer service—employees walked past customers for 15 minutes without acknowledging anyone or offering help. It felt unorganized and frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to place an order or get assistance. Also, not everyone wants to use a kiosk. Some customers prefer to order with an actual person, and that option should still be available without feeling ignored. The cleanliness was a major issue. Chairs were up on the tables, making it feel like the dining area wasn’t ready for customers at all. The entrance door was dirty to the point where you don’t even want to touch it. To make matters worse, an employee was standing right by the entrance smoking a cigarette—literally one foot from the door—while people were trying to go in and out. That’s completely unacceptable and very off-putting. Outside wasn’t any better—the parking lot has numerous potholes, which adds to the overall poor impression of the location. McDonald’s Corporation should be very ashamed of this establishment and having employees represent the company this way. It’s especially disappointing given that this is in a prime location in Syracuse. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

  I went to this place for the first time just moments ago and there was someone violently throwing up and after that there were people with face masks on leaving behind the counter with food. I don’t know what’s going on there tonight but this is UNACCEPTABLE for a family fast food restaurant establishment that everyone knows and loves.

  as a fast food connoisseur I have been too many McDonald’s locations some good some bad but this one takes The cake for the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. first I walk in and it smells like dog, wet, disgusting dog. Then as Supposed to be as I continued traversing into the store, it is so slippery. I almost fell and bust my head open. then one out of the four kiosk we’re working. Are you serious right now? so then I order my 10 piece McNugget meal with a large frozen Coke. Not only does my frozen Coca-Cola come out in a medium cup. It is melted. melted and it looks Disgusting. So then I asked a workers to swap my drink and to please just give me a Diet Coke. The worker says “Ok” and takes my drink. after 15 minutes the worker comes up and he goes “what are y’all still waiting for” and I say my soda that I asked for and he goes “oh yeah I forgot”. how do you forget about a customer? Are you serious?if you don’t want to work in this industry, then get out if you can’t handle the heat get out the kitchen. my friend who would like to remain anonymous OK, ordered a hot honey sauce after she got her food she had to ask for the sauce and the same worker who took 15 minutes to get my drink gave her the wrong sauce after she specified multiple times it was HOT honey NOT regular honey. then my mother went to the bathroom and also almost fell and bust her head open because it was so slippery and disgusting in there. It’s smelt like cat litter. all in all, this was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my life. This place should be shut down

  Took my order and waited 40ish minutes until their menu changed to cancel my order..by then it was too late to bother ordering anything..totally ruined my night 👎 and the bs feedback link isn't letting you type anything in the boxes..just a total mess
