It hurts me to have to say this but this pharmacy has gone way downhill. They always have numerous people working behind the counter but it takes forever to pick up your prescriptions whether you go inside or go through the drive-thru. It also takes days to get prescriptions filled. Sometimes, they wont even fill them at all and they wont let you know until you call to ask why it's taking so long. Medicines that take days to fill here are filled at Wegmans within a few hours. If you're not in a hurry and dont mind pharmacy techs who walk around like they're in a daze, then this is the place for you.

I waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes behind one car already at the window. When I got to the window they told me I had to leave and come back in 15 minutes, even though they texted me I had a prescription ready. They didn’t do the second one because they like to have it come from the warehouse instead of off their shelf for their convenience. They did have it in stock. Not the first time this has happened but today it was very rude from the pharmacist herself who told me I could leave or come in.

Worst customer service ever. I have never ever had an issue refilling a script. After talking with my doctor and deciding to try a new path in my treatment I got prescribed a new medication. My doctor called it in and hours later I called to have my previous prescription for a different medication re-filled. Thinking why not kill two birds with one stone…. The automated system told me “blank” would be god to come pick them up. Well when I showed up hours after that, I was met with a smirk. They walked away and asked a supervisor. Out laid and for everyone to hear, he said “no, not today.” This was such a gut punch to me. Not only did I take off from work, but I had to drop out of other personal responsibility’s for that time. I walked over (didn’t drive) in the sub zero temperature. Just to quickly be told “no, not now.” Hurts. I have never had a problem fulfilling my scripts before. But now I feel subhuman. This sucks

My wife and I have been going here for years. I don't recall any negative experiences. From the Pharmacy staff to the front, you will always meet someone who's snap ready to lend assistance. From Jake, Rob, Doug, Zoohar (spelling?), Lilliana, and Tamara...all Pharmacy, to Tammy, Eva, Josh, Joe and a brothers name that escapes me at the moment. For complaints regarding medications... I recommend using the Kinney portal. It certainly has it's issues and updates are needed, sign up for text notifications. A sure way to know if your meds are ready. These are genuine folks and their not making a ton of money. Let's all be a little more patient, understanding and loving in 2026. Thanks, Kinney!
