Pulled in today at 11am. All lights were off, no employees inside, not one car in the parking lot .....we thought they were closed. We pulled up to the speaker to order and nobody answered. We then proceeded to the window and two employees were standing outside at the side door and so I asked them "are you open?" The girls says yeah just go around, again, to the speaker and I will take care of you. Hmmm....what do you think I did? I went right across the street to Chick filet. Why? I knew the food would be horrible as not one customer or car was present and they DID NOT care I was there! We are doomed if this is what our work force looks like going forward. Hard pass on this location!

Was told at the window 3 minute wait on tenders. Okay no problem, I pulled up and waited 12 minutes for it. My fries were ice cold like they bagged them and set it aside instead of keeping them under the warner. Tried calling the store 2 seperate times and no answer. The girl at the window was also very rude. No hello, didnt ask me if what I was paying for was correct, very miserable. DO NOT GO HERE

I know young people need jobs but they also need to learn professionalism. We all laugh at work but they took it too far. My food was cold and not fresh. Trash was overflowing and on the ground around the building.
