  My first job was fast food, I have a lot of respect for fast food workers I know how things are done. I'm waiting for a door dash, I have 3 orders to do and I see my bag far into the workspace. I ask if it's ready and they nod no. I watch for 20 minutes and nothing, I ask again and no response. After 30 minutes the manager comes in and gets me the order that was done the whole time. I am very upset but instead of scolding her employees who didn't even check and have lied to me that it was being made, she told me to just go. Then I forget my drink with an order and go to the drive through window since the door was locked. The cashier refused to walk 8 paces and hand me the drink I left. By the time I got to my car all 3 had cancelled. I will decline every order I get from this marijuana smoking haven

  Worthless manager. I ordered $35 worth of food through Taco Bell app. It’s been 3 hours. Horrible manger on duty has no clue what’s going on. Told me to come pick up the order I paid an extra $18 to have delivered. Can’t cancel, can’t do anything completely worthless. Took them over an hour to even answer the phone. Won’t ever do any business here again. Negative 5 review absolute disaster. It’s not rocket science to cancel an order and process refund SINCE ITS BEEN 3 HOURS! Completely ridiculous! This location sucks! Always a problem here. Find employees who actually want to work and do their job. “***update the dumb manager was not making any orders through the Taco Bell app. I called and now 3 hours later just call a call from the delivery person leaving me this wonderful message? How is this place able to legally operate?

  I've been standing at the counter for 10 minutes and no employee has acknowledged me, I placed a mobile order and it's way past the pickup time they're just ignoring me, UPDATE: 35 minute total wait time. The African lady is fully incompetent and the long hair ginger man is aggressive and rude and both need to be fired, the girl with the dyed red hair is the only employee at this restaurant that actually does her job I watched all these people the whole time.
