    This is the best location in Syracuse. The staff here is the nicest, and they're usually pretty quick. Today, Jessica made my day with her bright and sunny personality, and I just felt like great customer service should be noted.

    Do NOT go here. Incompetent workers, unsanitary environment, and poor service. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, 2 dipping burritos, and some nacho fries. Somehow some way they managed to give me unseasoned nacho fries, a tiny grilled cheese burrito with no grilled cheese, and a total of 1 and a half dipping burritos.

    No I won't be back. Are you crazy? I sent an email over 5 weeks ago asking someone to address the fact that y'all charged me 70 cents a piece for empty sauce cups and you flat out ignored me until I leave a one star review? Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

    I’m not one to leave reviews but I cannot comprehend how this Taco Bell remains in business. I have waited over an hour for a mobile order for a simple combo box. I can understand if it is one time, but literally EVERY TIME I am here I am waiting 30-40 minutes for simple items, regardless if it is drive thru or inside. As someone who worked in the fast food industry I can’t understand how that’s even possible. Unless you want to waste time out of your day, stay away.
