  Walked in with 15 minutes to spare to a dead subway and someone checking out a soup, the lady who everyone else here seems to be mentioning mumbled something to me after I say I need to move some money around and promptly disappears into the walk in for about 5 minutes. She pokes her head out and goes “I saaaid it’ll be a couple minutes” and I will admit I was slightly short back, though I don’t think she heard me which I’ll take as a win for me Point being though, that I could’ve spent $0 to end up $5 closer to where I was going by uber from there by not getting off at the RTC, but I got off my centro there because I felt like subway. I was turned off of the store after that experience, saw others ordering after me but I honestly didn’t want to deal with it and just walked out. Seeing reviews from when people did get served make me glad I went to the corner store for a hot pocket instead. Tl;dr, extra $5 and 15 minutes to not get subway, blessing in disguise deciding not to order food

  I ordered on the subway app at 10 am today and the ETA was listed as 10:15. I showed up at 10:15 and the employee put the break sign up and left. I understand breaks are needed but it would be good to include this in the ETA in the app because my train is arriving shortly and I am unsure of when the food will be ready.

  The employee are horrible. Nasty attitude handle the food without gloves. Please don’t eat here

  I came to this location this evening and the worker there was the nicest. We had an amazing conversation she was so pleasant and attended us with the best service possible. Everything was super hygienic, she made sure she gave me fresh meat and the best sandwich possible. I unfortunately didint get her name but 10/10 love and would recommend !! Shoutout to her!

  they are always rude and do not like to do their job. one woman thinks they have to adhere to the menu to a T and will not give you the option to customize the sub. The other woman, states subway doesn’t offer extra toppings. If there was a different fresh food place in the center, nobody would even consider this place. they are terribly rude and really should rebrand.
