The manager was extremely rude when calling name as lobby was full of 8 kids and she was back behind the corner. I stepped out to actually be able to see her in the back and say “yes” she goes “I called your name twice” I said well I couldn’t hear you then walks away mumbling under her breathe. Then proceeded to not provide my drink until after I let the counter. Food was cold for how long I was standing there and drink wasn’t even full and tasted like watered down tea
