The workers were arguing about what job someone could not finish and who was going to finish it. I do not recommend this place at all... go to a different restaurant!!!

Yes I’m aware some stores are closed but google said they were open and the app let us make an order and took our money. Now it’s been well over a month and we still haven’t gotten our refund or even a replacement meal. We just finally got a call yesterday that they cannot refund us due to it being too long for us to get ahold of them. Mind you we called customer service the next day and spoke with the store not long after. They are basically trying to steal our money at this point. Then we were told by a Mrs. Davis that she would write a note for us to get a replacement meal whenever we’d like because, like I said, we couldn’t be refunded now. Well, my boyfriend went to the store tonight to get his replacement meal (a meal of the same value) and was denied. Then he asked when we could come into the store to get it and was told he couldn’t get a schedule. We just wanted our money back and now we just want our food. It’s been well over a month and nothing, no quality service or consideration. I’m absolutely appalled by how this store handles customers. Maybe a different interaction will change my mind but for now I’m just very disappointed in how all of this was handled. :,(
