every time i have come here the wait for two cars at the drive through is 30 minutes for fast food. this last time (which will be my last time ever coming to this location) i waited 30 minutes for my one mcflurry to be made and the car in front of me which was the only car there waited even longer for their food. i am extremely angry and the staff did not even seem to care

I do not blame the under staffed associates that showed up, there was literally 3 people working, it took 30 minutes for a Big Mac Meal and a Cheese Burger Happy meal, McDonald's or the franchise owner needs to hire people, the staff was nice but hire people please.

I try to give this place a bit of grace because I know fast food can be stressful at times, but I think I’ve reached my breaking point with this specific location. The service is ALWAYS extremely slow, today broke a new record of waiting 40 minutes to get my food after it had been paid for, the employees are constantly on their phones or having conversations/smoke breaks in the back, also smoking right next to where people are ordering their food? Gross and nasty, no one wants to smell that. The entire team consists of extremely rude young adults (if that’s what you want to call them) and disinterested middle age employees. I think the only reason this location hasn’t been closed is that it’s the only McDonald’s within 10 minutes of where they are on the boulevard. Serious need of restructuring and possibly a change of employees, no restaurant with a drive through should be taking 1 order at a time, and I don’t mean just over the intercom, I literally mean I had to sit at the order screen with only 1 person in-front of me, wait til they paid, got their food, and LEFT that someone FINALLY took my order.
