I would give 0 if I could. Ordered curbside and arrived at 2:41pm, came inside twice and finally got my order at 3:25pm. It’s so ridiculous, and what’s more ridiculous is they missed one burger and one fries

Slowest drive through possible. They purposely dont take new orders to make their times look better and also tell you to move forward so they can make other orders in the meantime, again, just to make their drive through times look fast. Ridiculous.
As you can see nobody is even at the windows, they just have everybody wait before you place the order.

They said "I cancelled my order" when I called corporate they said my order was picked up. And they if what was told to me about my order being cancelled then my money would've been refunded. It wasn't. They gave my order to someone else and refused to take responsibility
