When my roommate got there, an hour and fifteen minutes later, he was told it would be another 30 minutes. My roommate took exception to this and yes, he said something smart mouthed. But! The employee, then said "Well, now you can wait a COUPLE OF HOURS!" To me, already late taking this medication, this is unprofessional and unacceptable. I called corporate, but, of course, they're much too busy to take my call. This is why I dislike chain pharmacies! UPDATED!!! Because of supply issues, I've been forced to use this pharmacy for one prescription. I will say that after that horrible first time, there have been no issues with the staff. Everyone has been pleasant and helpful, and I would like to thank this pharmacy staff for very professional assistance!
