Called for a refill on my prescription that i’ve been getting every month. Said I needed an emergency refill as i’m going out of town suddenly, told me on the phone it was ready for pick-up so I went in. The lady helping me at the pharmacy was rude and said how the pharmacist who told me my prescription would be ready was inaccurate and it would not be ready for a couple weeks which is insane. If I need my medicine for my declining health, I think it’s quite absurd to have to wait a few weeks. Will be changing pharmacies as I have had bad experiences.

Close pharmacy for 1/2 hour for lunch! Inconvenient, inconsiderate, bad customer service! There are at least 2 human bodies that work in the pharmacy. Why can't one take lunch and then the other? Some of us can only get there between 1 and 1:30pm. I have worked at a lot of places over the years. Never had to take lunch altogether. This is awful! Will be looking into other options.
After waiting 1/2 hour to get a prescription. I asked the pharmacy tech, why with 2 pharmacist and 3 to 4 techs why they all have to go to lunch at the same time, she thru her up up and walked away and started taking care of another customer. The pharmacist came over and told me that all pharmacy's are doing this now. I told her I thought it was poor customer service. That there are 2 pharmacist and 4 techs working. Why couldn't they take staggered lunches? She said they all decided to close for an 1/2 hour. She asked me if I thought my dr shouldn't have a lunch. I told her she was not my Dr. And this is a retail store not a Dr. Office. She rang up my prescription, took my money..... I then tried to pay for 4 other items in my cart. She told me "YOU CAN PAY FOR THOSE THINGS UP FRONT!" I SAID NO. I'll pay for them here. She walked away. Another very nice lady came over and rang up my purchase. As I was leaving pharmacy area, I told the pharmacist that she didn't need to be rude just because I was voicing my opinion. She said as snotty as can be I was not rude. Yes, I went to the manager who was more than understanding. There are so many pharmacy's doing this closing for lunch.... they are closing and going out of business. Kinney take a lesson.

New years hours listed till 5pm,but as I was trying walk I. At 4:28pm for 1 item that was an emergency to me,they wldnt let me in cause closed at 4:30pm! I even begged to give the. A $20 cash to just ring 1 item out, keep change(which wld be like $16.00)& bring the item out 2 me,so it wld be fastest 4 them.ppl were still checking out so they cldnt lock up yet anyway. I've done retail HR/management for ovr 18yrs & that's just bad service when u see someone so desperate and needs 90sec in the store for an item. I just know I would hve helped someone out! So what I have to stay at work an extra 3min! Crazy how this generation has become so selfish & distant with cust serv!
