  The worst location in Syracuse hands down. They never update what they are out of on the app. More than once an employee didn’t show up to work in the morning and I have to jump through hoops to get a refund. It’s crazy to me how nobody has intervened since it’s been awful since new

  Came here early to grab a bite before getting on a bus for a trip and despite waiting out front 45 minutes after the opening time the worker inside did not once let us know that they would not serve us, and once we did get her attention, she gave attitude. Could have just told us there had to be another worker to serve two drinks earlier :/

  So we used to go here a lot. They a closer to work. But their latte machine was down for a month or two so we stopped wasting our time. But the location in Liverpool has forced us to come here for one reason or another. We get to the kiosk and ask for a mocha latte which wasn't put in right. We get to the window. They close it on me. Then another girl shows up after a minute and opens it. Tells me I confused them by asking for a MOCHA Latte. If you work in a coffee shop and don't know what a mocha latte is you are in the wrong business. So any way with the window open she argues with me saying I need to ask for a regular latte and says "Customers today!" Never had these issues when the nice older white lady worked there. Won't be going back for attitudes and baristas who don't know basic coffee terms.

  The service is horrible the cashier was too busy in a conversation with other employees that she walked away in the middle of me placing my order ,other employees standing around doing nothing while orders are coming in and waiting 20 minutes for my order when i was the only person in the store with an order for 2 sandwiches

  I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this location. App orders are frequently delayed despite being placed well in advance, and staff interactions have often felt rude or dismissive. I’ve even arrived for scheduled pickups to find the store closed. This location could greatly benefit from improved professionalism, consistency, and communication.
