I drove by the pickup window. 3 workers just gabbing in an empty store, but they couldn't take my coffee order. I left. Terrible way to run a business

You couldn’t tell me that BEFORE placing the order? Management apologized and blamed it on the “grumpy” new hires (her exact words). Avoid this location at all cost!!

Counter person jerked his thumb at the menu board behind him, no conversation at all. Perhaps he was overwhelmed, but it didn't appear so to me. I have plenty of other places to get coffee.

I waited a long time to be told that we just opened and are not serving food and I waited at the window and was ignored before shouting to get someone’s attention. My only suggestion is that you could have said not open on the app! Also why are you still doing orders if there’s no food??
