Mind you the drive-through line is wrapped around the building. That's why I came in. Immediately the girls address me and say, do you have a mobile order? With an attitude. I reply no confused.. And the group of girls proceed to stare me down and tell me that they're only accepting mobile orders or DoorDash coming in my due again drive-through is wrapped around the building. It's completely quiet in the store. I leave and get back in the drive-through line that's again wrapped around the building. I sat in line for about 30 minutes.

I ordered a walk-in on-the-go order. I get there today and the door is locked. Now I'm a hostage because I already paid on the app. So I joined the drive thru line. While waiting there, suddenly like magic someone unlocks the door 15 minutes later. I leave the drive thru line and go in. No apology. 25 minutes later. Here's a thought: if you are short staffed, the idea should not be locked your doors since you are open, unless you post a sign that states "Drive-Thru Only". Instead, allow people to come in and apologize in advance for the inconvenience and explain that there be a longer than usual, which would then give people to wait or leave at their leisure.
