You go to say hello to the speaker after waiting patiently for 10 minutes and the lady there screams "HOLD ON!" EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Then still makes you wait for 20 more minutes- mind you - I was the only one in this drive thru! For a bag of coffee! Service sucks and they should be closed down or rehire new people that actually care and want to work.

I get the same thing every single morning, 2 coffees, 1 macchiato with whole milk, 7 caramels and 3 liquid cane sugars, add 1 shot of espresso and a latte with no espresso, everytime I get my coffees in they never add my espresso shot, I know what a coffee with and without espresso tastes like and I DO NOT pay an extra $2.11 for an espresso shot for the workers to be so lazy that they don’t add it into the coffee that I AM PAYING FOR. they act like it’s being taken out of they’re check and i’m getting fed up with wasting my money at this place, the next step for me is calling cooperate because this is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Mcdonalds does better than y’all at this point.

My friend and I went to get some food and refreshers after our long hard class but we pulled up to the drive through and started placing our order when she YELLED NOPE at us and said that they only are serving hot coffee at this time which they are still a HOUR from closing time. Couldn’t sadly sad anything good about our time there so we went to starbucks instead.
