I clearly seen her hand go deep in the ice. I will never buy a cold drink from here. The man at the drive thru has more pet hair on his shirt than the local Pet Store. Disgusted me out. Older lady in the back cooking food came from the kitchen to serve us was very nice. Other than the very slow service and the people walking in waiting in line to not get served and walking out, we will make it our duty to make sure we never stop here again

None of the food was made correctly, none of it was warm (obvi because it was made when I ordered it), they lost it, then found it again, only 1 sandwich was missing and the 1/2 dozen donuts I ordered? Non existent. The person at the window was nice. The lady behind him? Not so much. She was tossing bags of food in the trash like nobody's business. With a sourpuss face. It was sad. I love dunkin but have never had such a horrible experience. $36.54 and none of it edible. 3 days and I'm still waiting for a response from the email I sent as that was the only option given to me. Drive thru, not inside.
