The girl in the drive thru refused to make it for me telling me it comes with oat milk. I repeatedly asked to replace the oat milk with cream. She again refused, was unprofessional and rude. I then went down to the Salina street location and they made the drink for me without hesitation. As a GM myself can someone please coach this employee who was working the window at this time to be on the same page with the rest of the employees

I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only to receive the wrong items twice. When I told them I didn’t want the order anymore and asked for a refund, they yelled at me, used offensive language, and took the food back without returning my money all of this happened in front of my children. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location. I will never return.
