- SNShelby NeuNov 13, 20255.0This by far is the best Dunkin I have ever been too. Fast service, great atmosphere! Everyone here seems to enjoy their job which is hard to find now a days. They deserve a five star rating just for the way they present themselves, never seem flustered when drive thru is backed up. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee and it’s the only Dunkin that makes my coffee correct every time. The man who works the window is always happy and has a positive attitude and is a delight to see in the morning! Good job!

My drink was made wrong and not even given to me I watched the guy hand my drink off to the window and I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my drink just for it to be made wrong again . It’s was an old white lady who looked a mess and some boy who also looked a mess ! Get it together

More than not when ive ordered from this location I havent received more than half my orders, half the time they just apparently don't have any donuts at all at 9:30am?? And instead of contacting me or doordash they simply rob me of the food I paid for. Lazy, just genuine laziness from the workers.
