I called in the staff that answered tonight on January 7, 2026 at around 6:20-ish said they are not taking any orders online or in stores so I was confused. Didn’t give a reason or say when they will be taking orders not good service at all. But I do order here at least once a week normally do pickup orders.

I called and ordered 5 items for the teams and paid myself, no big deal. One item I received was burnt beyond recognition so I called to have the item replaced. The person that answered the phone (later to be determined as the manager) was obviously flustered and asked me multiple times the address of my order. I attempted to explain my order had been delivered and was cut off mid sentence. I attempted to explain my need and was rudely told I could get a credit or a replacement. I said I had teams here wanting to eat so waiting was not a problem. The person then exploded at me about how HE had been interrupted and I would have to wait 45 minutes (due to bad weather I already waited and that is not an issue) and proceeded to HANG UP on me. He immediately sent his driver with apologies, too little, too late pal. One star for the driver who deserves 5 himself for putting up with that trash.

I then called the location and they rudely said that they were at the wrong house. Of course, being at the WRONG house, that wrong person would say the pizza was not theirs. They then say they’ll remake it and redeliver it. 5 minutes later, I get a call that they’re outside with the same OLD COLD PIZZA. Manager Noelle is rude and has an attitude nastier than the pizza. Wont ever order from this location again.
