    Tim the GM and his crew are great. DoorDash messed up our order the other night and I got a call from Tim the next day saying he wanted to refund my money. I told him I would honestly rather have the sandwiches. He hand delivered them to my door and made sure I was satisfied with the restaurant and the service they provide. I commend him for going the extra mile. I told him things like this have never happened and they always kill it every time I order. 5 stars for Tim and his crew, awesome, hardworking people.

    We ordered Philly cheese steak, mine a mini, my grandson a 14 inch. Both were make the way we asked and both were delish. The seasonings were stop on. So good, glad I only ordered a mini, I would have over eaten.

    Fabulous place! Delicious, nutritious food at low prices. A clean, neat store. Plenty of seating and free parking. Short wait times. Friendly, hospitable, kind employees. Conveniently located on Bridge Street in East Syracuse. Highly recommended!
