    Great time! My son had a blast with all of the games. My bacon burger was soooo good! Service was great and the manager Jackie came by to make sure our experience was on point. Really loved that management took the time to check on us! We'll Def be back

    The atmosphere was amazing. Most places simply cannot compete. Dave & Buster’s treated my family and me incredibly well, and I truly applaud the team there. Even when we ran into a few minor issues with the games, someone was right there to help and always made it right with extra credits, which the kids absolutely loved. The food was very satisfying. We started with appetizers, and I really appreciated the timing. Nothing drives me crazier than apps taking forever and then the entrées showing up two minutes later. Everything was paced perfectly before dinner arrived. Exceptional job by the staff and the manager, I believe his name was Matt or Max. It was a nice touch that he introduced himself and wished us a great night. Thank you, D&B!

    We celebrated my Son’s birthday here and it was amazing! The staff is very attentive and the food was delicious. Usually in arcade atmospheres you are struggling to find assistance if needed. Not this location. Employees were checking in on us! Great team of employees!

    This is a review on the food and restaurant experience. Went twice in the last month and it will be the last time. Got seated and it took 20 minutes for our server to get our order. It was busy yes, but taking half an hour to order food is insane. Expecially for the price. Food was good, but server never returned thoughout the experience. Got 0 refills on our drink. Gf got 1 mixed drink that cost $18 and she said it wasn't even strong as a double. Had to get the manager to get us the tab. Only while we were paying did we finally get offered a refill. For the price it cost us, the service needs to improve. Overall left with a sour taste in our mouths.

    We had a fun time at Dave & Buster’s at the mall in Syracuse. The food was ok, nothing special, but the arcade was definitely the highlight. There were so many games and it was great to see families and groups of friends all out enjoying themselves. It’s very family-oriented and had a really lively, and very loud, atmosphere. It was honestly nice to see the place busy and full of people instead of everyone staying home. If you’re going for the food alone, there are better options, but if you want a fun night out, it’s a great spot.
