Quite literally the most disgusting chipotle I have ever been to. First, stood at the counter waiting several minutes before anyone even surfaced from the back to take my order. There was zero personality with anyone working there - no friendly smile or hello or anything, just coldly took my order and rushed through it even though it was only my husband and I waiting to order. Served the tiniest bowl ever and then start eating it and learn that the rice is rock solid and completely inedible as it probably sat there for hours upon hours with nobody switching it out. Their water fountain was broken also. We couldn’t even eat our food and ended up tossing it. Also, the bathrooms are beyond disgusting, they appear to have never been cleaned before. Do better.

Always a hit or miss. Today the portion size was ridiculous it’s like they don’t even try to take out orders paid 40$ for about 15 worth of food. Smh.

I only go in to order and get my food to-go, so I can’t speak to what the experience is like picking up orders made in advance or dining in, but my experience overall in this Chipotle has been good. The food is fresh, the staff are friendly. True the line does move a bit slow sometimes, but what else would you expect in a popular restaurant across the street from a big college campus? I’ve never been dissatisfied with the food I’ve gotten from this Chipotle.

This is a very busy chipotle which I understand, but the workers seemed to purposefully be moving slow. Staff was not helpful in the slightest.
