First, stood at the counter waiting several minutes before anyone even surfaced from the back to take my order. There was zero personality with anyone working there - no friendly smile or hello or anything, just coldly took my order and rushed through it even though it was only my husband and I waiting to order. Served the tiniest bowl ever and then start eating it and learn that the rice is rock solid and completely inedible as it probably sat there for hours upon hours with nobody switching it out. Their water fountain was broken also. We couldn’t even eat our food and ended up tossing it. Also, the bathrooms are beyond disgusting, they appear to have never been cleaned before. Do better.

The food is fresh, the staff are friendly. True the line does move a bit slow sometimes, but what else would you expect in a popular restaurant across the street from a big college campus? I’ve never been dissatisfied with the food I’ve gotten from this Chipotle.
