  Everytime I order from this place the workers are SO lazy and SO incompetent. I asked for extra tomatoes, received none, asked for extra provolone, barely got that, asked for cheese fries and they gave me a box of cheese with 5 wet fries. Absolutely disgusting and lazy.

  Meh. They’re fast. Not really worth it, though. It was overpriced, dry, and the portion for the price made no sense. I saw $10 for a cheesesteak on the menu. I assumed, when it said #7 that it meant the meal with fries and a drink was $10. Nope. So I agree to the meal and they add $3.50 for the fries and soda. I was in a hurry, or I would have walked away then. They are very fast, but the sandwich was dry and not the typical size for a sub. Portions for fries and sandwich left me confused why I paid $14 for it. Will not be buying anything there again. There are far better deals from freestanding places in Syracuse. You’re paying to eat at the mall. Go elsewhere.
