I arrived to the West Taft location with an unexpected, on-the-spot catering request for our company, and the team handled it with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Despite the short notice, the staff at the front counter were extremely accommodating, courteous, and prompt. They prepared our order quickly without sacrificing quality, and the food was fresh and well-presented. (The only thing I would recommend they do differently is to make sure to let their customers know to grab their own cream cheese themselves!) Their willingness to assist and their commitment to excellent customer service made a significant impression. I highly recommend Bruegger’s Bagels for both their catering services and their everyday offerings. Thank you Bruegger's!

I ordered again right away and even called this location to let them know to please ensure the order was correct. The new order came and it was missing part of the order. The staff obviously does not care about their customers to even make good on a negative experience. Food also was not up to usual quality that Bruegger’s is.
