They ended up leaving some things out of our order (mistakes happen sometimes, I worked in food service myself for some time), but fortunately we were able to easily come back and let them know, and they were able to quickly rectify the situation and add a free bagel for the trouble. Overall friendly staff, nice clean, well taken care of restaurant, and delicious bagels.

I have never had any issues at other locations, but this time when I got home to my dismay I find my order is messed up. Knowing they had 6 members on staff and the restaurant was near empty that day, I thought I would give a call to see if they can remedy my situation. Called 3 times and got no answer, no way to leave a voicemail or send a message. Accidentally called Erie blvd and they answered right away and tried to assist me, it just seems like this location has decide they won’t answer the phone. Love their bagels but won’t be returning to this location anymore due to my disappointing Father’s Day breakfast experience.
