  They don’t know the difference between American and cheddar cheese, or an everything & plain bagel, the hash browns were probably found under a car seat & made of potatoes that died in 2013, and the bacon is made of car crash victims. The coffee isn’t terrible though.

  Lobby is locked during business hours. They said due to labor. They won't make food or frozen drinks. I had to walk through drive thru because I didn't drive. Workers seemed very lazy. I would rate zero if it was a option. Worst dunkin I have ever seen. Did not buy anything because they 75% menu options gone.

  Two days in a row at 6:00am they have had the lights off and the doors locked even though they are supposed to be open. Luckily there are better Dunkins nearby that actually have their doors open and have good service. Even when they have been open the service is terrible so I won't be attempting to go back!

  I asked for NO ice in my refresher because of a Tooth sensitivity I have to cold things I was told I had to have Ice. We went back and forth and the manager was rude about it. I canceled my order and went to a DIFFERENT location to get my food. I had NO problem at all getting my drink just the way I liked it! NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION!!!

  We arrived at 6:37pm. My husband was able to order and pay for a coffee because the store was supposed to be open until 7pm as advertised on google. On the door it said they were open until 8pm on Saturday. The person on the inside motioned that they were closed and unable to fulfill the order. He would not speak to us to at least issue a refund.
