When I asked if it could be corrected, the staff insisted the order was correct and were dismissive instead of helpful. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional. I hope management can address this.

The drive through process took 35 minutes and we were the only customers in line. The food options were very limited, they didn’t even have plain bagels. I would recommend going out of your way to avoid this location.

I went to reach for my drink one time before I had given the toothless manager my credit card for payment. She let the window slam in my face and looked at the ceiling until I gave her my card. And when I tried to apologize she ignored me and would Even look at me. Did not even say a word to me the entire transaction. Drinks always gross or made wrong. finally tired of it
