- TSTravis StaggsApr 12, 20261.0Ordered two medium drinks, asked for light ice. Was told "we don't do light ice. " its literally pouring extra ice out of a cup or just putting less in. It's also an option on the app. This wasn't an issue at all last weekend. After 3 light sips my drink was already gone. Same for my wifes. Asian woman at the window the last two times was also kind of rude.
