  The food was over priced, as expected, but subpar for the price I paid. Huge letdown. The music was SO loud, I couldn't hear the person next to me. I paid for 5 all day passes and was only able to keep myself together after 2 hours. - 1 hr for the restaurant, 1hr for games. I probably won't be back.

  I love a good arcade spot with drinks, but this Dave & Buster’s was a bit smaller than expected and VERY busy when we visited. The staff was great, and we did grab a drink, which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, it was so crowded that we weren’t really able to play any games, so we ended up leaving. It also seemed to lean more toward families than adults at this location, which is totally fine, just something to keep in mind. We might consider coming back if it were less busy, but otherwise probably wouldn’t return to this particular location.

  Avoid this location – A loud, crowded, and broken experience I have visited numerous Dave & Buster’s locations in different states, and this was easily the most disappointing experience I’ve had. This location is super small, and they clearly haven't adjusted for the crowds—it was packed with people but had very few games to offer. To make matters worse, a significant number of the games were not functioning, which is a huge letdown when you're there for the "all the fun" experience they promise. The Service: Finding a worker for help or service was nearly impossible. It felt like a ghost town in terms of staff. When we finally tracked down the one worker who was available, they were not friendly and seemed bothered by us even asking for assistance. The Food: As a regular at other D&B locations, I was really let down by the food here. It didn’t live up to the standard I’ve come to expect from the brand. The Atmosphere (The absolute dealbreaker): The music was incredibly loud—and not in a fun, energetic way. It was so deafening that I literally had to yell to have my husband hear me while we were standing right next to each other. Meanwhile, the actual volume on the games was set so low that you couldn't hear any of the audio or sound effects from what you were playing. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a fun night out, skip this spot. Between the broken games, the unfriendly staff, and the literal headache from the music volume, it’s just not worth it.

  We had by far the worst service I think i have ever experienced before. Our waitress seemed inconvenienced by having to take our order and rushed us to order. Then disappeared. We had adked for a refill for a child She said ok then was gone for 30mins randomly comes by going to a different table we asked again and said we needed a second refill as well. Another 20mins later the children got their refill. Then we didnt see her again until we asked management for our check. Management didnt seem to care when we stated it had been a long time since we had seen her. It took her about 45mins to finally show up and ask if we wanted boxed. We said no then she left for another 20mins before returning so we could finally pay. We weren't given or offered our receipts. She walked off before we could ask. We were charged for more then I think we should have. We got charged for BBQ sauce we almost didnt even get had the manager not brought it. If you go and you have Melissa Volleyball as your server. Leave! We will not be going again.

  I had an amazing experience at Dave and Buster’s. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly, which really added to the overall vibe. The food was surprisingly great with a lot of options to choose from, and everything came out fresh and hot. The drinks were also on point and made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Kristina and Alex for going above and beyond. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their positive energy really made the whole experience even better. What really stood out was the arcade. There are so many games to choose from, whether you are competitive or just trying to have fun. Everything was clean, well maintained, and easy to use. This is the perfect place to go with friends, family, or even for a date night. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time.
