  Every time I order here. In the app it says ready but it’s not ready. If you don’t keep the item in rapid pick up section don’t change it to ready. Probably they need to replace the manager. Not doing their job properly.

  I want to first say, I am a big consumer of Panera, and generally, I like them. I enjoy their sandwiches and soups. My family and I are regulars in their restaurants. My work puts me all over long Island, and Panera is frequently the place I stop for coffee, cold drinks, lunches and dinners. They are usually consistent in their quality, so I choose them more than other competitors. However, the last few times I have visited this location; Syosett, the quality of the Ice Tea has just been bad. On March 24th, 2026, I noticed how bad the dispenser looked (see attached photos). I still had a half cup from my early afternoon Ice Tea from another location. I bought another cup, and figured that along with another would last me through that evening. But, I saw how bad this dispenser looked and decided to stay with my half finished cup, and be happy with it. But then I thought, I wonder what would happen to the cloudy crap floating through the drink if it had a chance to settle. So I decided to take it, and see what it looked liked in the morning. It was bad, all the solids congealed into big floating chunks. I left it, and when I returned later that day with a fresh cup from another Panera (Bay Shore) I compared the two. Pic attached. Bay shore obviously cleans their dispensers.... This is distressing to me because tea can harbor bacteria...and cleanliness is key combating it. Hey Panera! Do better. Someone in corporate has determined that people like drinks, so they came up with the Sips Club to attract people. Don't ruin that by giving us Nastea, or should we call it "Hepatitis Tea"

  I just don’t get it. Not this Panera—this is every Panera now. You pay premium prices for “fast casual” and get thin sandwiches, mostly-greens salads with three sad chicken bits, and bread that tastes like it was shipped frozen from a factory that forgot flavor exists.

  I ordered for pickup. The order was done pretty fast, however they could of have put my bread in a bag, paper, anything… they just threw it in the bag 😭
