    The staff here are so sweet this is the best Wendy's thus far they're extremely accommodating and the food is always fresh I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place at all and at the way that they handle situations and have great customer service with fresh food these people definitely need to get paid more

    Extremely stupid for this spot to only open at 9, literally office hours, who are they going to serve? Kids out of school? Would come here every single morning for breakfast.

    Went through the drive through and the older woman who took my order was rude an abrupt. She did not give me the price of my order once it was taken. And I did not receive a receipt once I gave her my money. when I asked for 5 packs of crackers to go with a large chili. She told me I had enough and she was not going to give me an additional cracker or the amount that I asked for. She act as if the crackers were coming out of her paycheck. Maybe they were. Poor customer service. If you want to go to a Wendy's, with excellent customer service, take a 3 minute drive further down Jericho to the Wendy's, that is in Westbury, the manager there is amazing!
