- JJJohn2 days ago1.0Food quality control at this location is UNACCEPTABLE. Due to staff shortages, servers are required to handle payments and then immediately return to food preparation. This means they are touching cash and the register which are known to carry germs and then handling food items like cheese and lettuce without proper handwashing or glove changes. This is a serious food safety concern and frankly disgusting!!! The staffing cuts are also causing long unnecessary lines (20+ mins of waiting) and a clear decline in service standards. It is disappointing to see how far Chipotle has fallen due to poor management decisions and staff cost cutting. Portion sizes have noticeably shrunk as well. Getting a reasonable amount of rice now feels like a negotiation whereas it used to be a standard portion. The restaurant itself is poorly maintained. The soda machine area is messy dirty and clearly neglected. Overall this location reflects extremely poor restaurant management.
