    Sometimes this place taste good. The problem is the portion too small most of time. I remember Chipotle used to have AT LEAST 1.5X size more.

    Gia and David always goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are comfortable you can find them constantly cleaning and tidying up and they are always ready to help! Thanks so much you two! You guys do so much for this location and i don’t want your hard work and efforts to go under the radar! This is my favorite chipotle location and i’ll keep coming here 🥂 love the welcoming hospitality

    Online ordering was incredibly slow! They said they opened at 10:45 AM, so I placed my order, but they were all very busy preparing the food. Shouldn't the food be ready by 10:45 AM? If it wasn't ready, they could have said they'd open at 11:00 AM. Why were they preparing the food only after they opened? I was in a hurry to leave and kept urging them, and I didn't receive my food until 11:08 AM. I was furious; the service was just too slow!

    I would give this Chipotle location 0 stars if I could. For context, over the years I've probably spent $5,000 at this location since they first opened. Yesterday, I walked into a dirty, filthy store. The garbage full and over flowing, and the tables layered with old food from previous customers. There was only one employee behind the counter for a large line that was growing towards the door. The employee was busy putting together meals for customers in line. However, every time he would finish an order, he would also ring them up since there was no cashier. The worst part is after he touched the dirty register, he didn't even bother to change his gloves. After a few customers began to get disgruntled, the gentleman behind me in line asked him to see the manager. Suddenly the manager and another employee emerged from the back of the restaurant. The employee that came out was extraordinarily rude. She works there often, and acts if he she's bothered if you ask her for something. Even as she made my meal she made it quickly and sloppy. This is the type of service that I pay for when I pay $18 for a burrito. My food gets thrown together and I get treated as if I had done something wrong. The manager comes up to me and asks "Is there a problem here" to which I replied, yes. Behind us was a filthy restaurant and a line that was growing towards the door. Her excuse as to why there wasn't anyone up front helping, was that "We are prepping food in the back to get orders out for us". That was exactly the problem though, there were no orders being taken!! That manager refused to give her name when I asked because she was probably embarrassed about the condition of her restaurant. That manager doesn't deserve to manage an ice cream truck! She couldn't even bother to apologize. All she had were excuses as the customers started to lose their patience. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I will be filing a formal and longer complaint with cooperate. This type of customer service is unacceptable!! It is not fair to the loyal customers who spend their hard earned money at this location. I hope actions are taken against that manager in order to prevent this happening again.

    I want to report what appears to be a deliberate and deceptive practice at this location. I had a free side of guacamole available through my rewards points, and when I scanned my barcode, I immediately noticed that the price of my steak bowl was significantly higher than usual. Before paying, I asked to see the receipt. It turned out they had secretly added two sides of guacamole to the order, while the rewards system only deducted one. In other words, they attempted to charge me for an extra guacamole I never ordered. When I pointed this out, the staff became hostile and gave me severe attitude trying to kick me out. Check the total amount of your receipt. Absolutely ridiculous.
