I frequent this Subway location often, and unfortunately this has become a recurring issue. Several employees consistently close sandwiches using their hands instead of a knife or proper tool, pressing down on the meat, vegetables, and sauces. The result is a messy, poorly constructed sandwich, as shown in the photo.
This is not standard sandwich or deli-station practice. Using hands to compress ingredients rather than properly tucking and cutting affects presentation, consistency, and overall food quality. When I’ve raised this concern in the past, staff have dismissed it and tried to make it seem as though the concern itself was the problem.
What makes this more frustrating is that one employee does it correctly. I was just here yesterday, and that worker used a knife to close the sandwich properly. The difference was clear, neat, balanced, and professionally made. This shows the issue is not the request, but a lack of consistent standards.
What ultimately led me to decide not to return is what happened tonight. The owner walked in, recognized me, and made a smart remark related to a prior complaint instead of addressing the issue professionally. Rather than reinforcing proper technique or setting expectations with staff, he chose to play into it.
At this point, this reflects a leadership and training issue. I’m not asking for special treatment, just consistent, professional sandwich preparation and respectful handling of customer concerns.

Lady in the register keep talked in the phone constantly. She did not understand what I said to her I repeat 2-3 times. The cookie was old as it can be

Ordered 2 sandwiches on different types of "bread" & BOTH were stale. Not surprised that they are disappearing...🤢

Rude manager named sohail. I think you can see this correlates with alot of the other reviews. He usually works late shift and is always very snappy even when you try to be friendly. Makes annoying remarks when you order something online and still annoying as hell when you order in person. I understand work can be hard and tiring but you don't have to take it out on others. As someone who still works in the service industry, the lack of professionalism is very annoying.

This Subway has gone downhill. The manager of this location is rude and very unprofessional. He doesn't like accepting online orders and has an attitude. I picked up my online order and he did my whole order. I called to let me know and he said "oh well". He told me to just request a refund on line. I went to the store to show him his errors and told him that I would like my order to be done correctly. He gave me an attitude and made me wait 30mins or so. Smh
