  UPDATE: The owner replied to my review, stating to reach out so they can “make this right.” I reached out via the instructions and I was emailed back with an offer “link”. However, the link is nonexistent or does not work. I politely emailed back twice asking for a link that works. NO RESPONSE. See attached pictures. Truly horrible customer experience. Why even offer to make this right just to then mess up again? LOL SMH ***************** ORIGINAL: Almost every time I order delivery from this specific location (usually via ubereats), I receive one incorrect cookie or crookie. They never call to tell me if they’re out of something and if i would like to swap it for something else or receive a partial refund. They just send me the wrong cookie instead. They seem to either not know how to update their inventory on the various delivery apps or can’t be bothered to box up the correct cookies. Weird and poor business practice.

  I'll switch this to 5 stars if they bring back the swiss miss hot cocoa mini marshmallow best cookie they ever made! 🤤 Hazelnut hot cocoa and spiced hot cocoa churro were both awesome but I need that oldschool swiss miss powder goodness! Their limited edition cookies aren't around long enough IMO but at least it opens up the door to next tasty creation (like banana pancakes, sweet potato smores, strawberry poptarts, blueberry waffles, and all their breakfast cereal inspired butter bombs). Bonus points for their Teachers & Nurses week in May but I wouldn't be opposed to having military, nurses, and educators get a discount all-year round like some other places offer 😅

  Not really good hot chocolate, just tastes like warm milk with chocolate syrup. I don’t really recommend it.
