- EEEly ElyMar 24, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my experience. Today, March 24, 2026 at 10:40 a.m., I went through the drive-thru and ordered a regular hot latte with no sugar and whole milk. The employee who assisted me was unfriendly and lacked proper customer service. In addition, when I received my order, I was given a completely different drink: a latte with caramel (three pumps) and almond milk. When I tried to clarify that my order was a plain latte with no sugar and regular milk, I did not receive proper assistance. I am currently on the parkway and unable to return, but after trying the drink, I confirmed it is not what I ordered. This is very frustrating, as I did not receive either the correct service or the correct product. For this reason, I am leaving a one-star review.

She just doesn’t like it so she’ll make you redo the drink no ma’am I have a severe allergy to almonds. Luckily, I realized it before even laying a hand on the drink. Clearly, the staff that work there don’t care about human beings let alone their job. If you’re not happy working there you shouldn’t be working there. it is literally disgusting that I’m stating that I have an allergy to a certain item and you still make the drink with the item. I really hope Somone from your establishment with an higher up, see this and does something about it because God forbid you put someone anaphylaxis shock! Mind you I’m a customer there almost 3 times a day! And let alone I can’t even express how rude the workers are there.
