My girlfriend asked for the new Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream and the guy started scooping the regular one. We said that she had asked for the vegan but I was going to order the regular one, he didn't listen. He dumped it all back into the container and proceeded to use the same cup (now containing dairy) for the vegan ice cream. So, we get back to our place and she tries the ice cream, only to discover that it's not what she asked for. Instead of containing chunks of cookie dough, it has weird chunks of peanut butter in it. Some investigating shows that the tug labeled as Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is actually Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Luckily she is not allergic to peanuts because this could have been a big problem very quickly. We've been to this location before and each time it feels like we have a problem with with either the product being served, the staff or both. This is the final straw here. We will not be returning. If corporate reads this, please investigate this location. They are rude, poorly run and a liability waiting to happen.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
