Absolutely terrible experience. I waited 45 minutes just to be told—rudely—to place my order at a kiosk that wasn’t even working. The staff had zero respect, zero professionalism, and acted like they didn’t care at all. Then they told me I had to wait another 30 minutes if I still wanted food. Completely unacceptable.
I walked out and went to McDonald’s instead. Businesses like this clearly don’t value their customers and honestly don’t deserve any support. I will never come back.
La comida en Wendy’s es muy buena, siempre fresca y con buen sabor. Realmente es una de las cosas que más me gusta del lugar.
Sin embargo, el servicio deja mucho que desear. Con frecuencia los pedidos vienen incompletos. A veces faltan servilletas y cuando pido salsas parece que fuera un problema darlas.
No tiene sentido que si compro un combo tenga que pagar aparte por sobres de ketchup u otras salsas. Son detalles pequeños, pero afectan mucho la experiencia del cliente.
Ojalá puedan mejorar la atención y cuidar más esos aspectos del servicio, porque la calidad de la comida sí vale la pena.
The food at Wendy’s is very good, always fresh and flavorful. That’s honestly one of the things I like most about the place.
However, the service often needs improvement. Many times my orders come incomplete. Sometimes napkins are missing, and when I ask for sauces it feels like it’s a problem for them to give them.
It doesn’t make sense that if I buy a combo meal I would still have to pay extra for ketchup packets or other sauces. They’re small details, but they really affect the customer experience.
I hope they can improve the service and pay more attention to these details, because the food quality is definitely worth it.
This Wendy's use to be good but lately they been really horrible. I order a kids meal for my son and I told them last time it wasn't good and over cooked. Well i got the same food again it was over cooked and looks old not fresh I am very disappointed specially when I choose Wendy's over all other fast food chains. Plus the chicken sandwich wasn't good either the meat wasn't cooked either and they barely put lettuce in it. I use to recommend them now I am not and I won't be a customer again since they dont listen. Honestly I am so upset and disappointed. Its the worst experience I have had.

It's Wendy's.!
My order was completely wrong. I ordered through the phone app a son of baconator with baconator fries and medium coke… The combo, to say the least. I got a burger with no bacon whatsoever, nuggets, and fries? With a sauce I didn’t even order? Plus attitude when I mentioned I didn’t get my baconator fries… The young lady said “It didn’t update on our end.” Just walked away and ate the food I was given, a little salty about the situation but eh. Food is food.
