  Good food, but the portions are a gamble. It’s frustrating that the amount of food you get depends entirely on who is behind the counter. Today was barely enough to feel satisfied. They need to standardize their servings so customers know what they’re paying for.

  The food at QDOBA is very good, but the portions are extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the servings are fair, but today I was served about 30% to 35% less than usual and didn't come close to being satisfied. I’ve noticed that the amount depends heavily on which specific people are serving. It’s a shame because the flavor is excellent, but the lack of consistency ruins the experience.

  On national burrito day 4/3/26, I stood in line and watched what seemed to be a new manager calling the shots. This woman was a little older with glasses. I’ve never seen someone treat their team how she treated them. There was a guy named Mike that was restocking things for the rush and this woman banged on the counter and screamed “Mike I said I want a whole pan of rice, not a half” then takes the rice out and give it back to him. He said “mam the other rice is cooking.” She then waves for the rice to come back after she causes a scene instead of just asking him if there was a bigger pan of rice. Then it’s my turn to order and this woman has an issue with me asking for extra rice and beans and queso. Then when we got to the veggie section she said anything on this side is extra, I said “since when” she said “it’s always been this way but the last manager wasn’t doing their job right…” I know she made that up. Overall experience with this new manager is a 0/10. She has no respect for any of her employees and it made the entire space tense and awkward. Everyone else was and is great!!! She needs to go. Gm should pull the cameras back to see if I’m lying, I think I was there around 2

  Extremely dissatisfied with this place will never come back again. I came around 9:15pm on Saturday March 21st and the store was already closed. I could not believe this as I’m a frequent customer and the store is always closed at 10pm as stated on the glass of the establishment.

  Everytime I go there the service there is exceptional. Megan and Milina are always so attentive and kind. They are hardworking and make sure I am satisfied. They are wonderful and make me want to come back everyday. Keep up the good work.
