  The new steak bagel is dry as hell. The French soup is from a can. I returned it all and got my money back. This place has gone down hill. Long lines and the food is horrible. A friend had to get a new sandwich as well. Overcharged for crap.

  The food is excellent, the dining area and bathroom are clean, and the staff are friendly.

  Second time here. 1st time they wouldn't take a $50 bill. Mind you, we bought 3 sandwiches 3 drinks and some pastries. Manager was not willing to bend the rules or just didn't have the means to check for a fake bill? (IT WAS VERY legit) We left. Then today....we came to same Panera for lunch. Another epic fail. We ordered both our sandwiches then we were informed just before payment that they have no BACON!!! WE ORDERED THE AVO BACON CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!ALDI grocery store is across the street. Go buy some bacon!!! Oh boy 2 for 2. We left ONCE AGAIN, still hungry and disappointed. So sad, New York is know for amazing heros/sandwiches....not so at Panera.
