We had a waiter named Michael. Dark hair, dark beard. He came to the table, took our order, got my salad wrong, once he brought the correct one we NEVER saw him again AT ALL. He never came by our table, never checked on us, never even passed by our table. We never got water, a refill of our drinks, asked if we wanted dessert, no bill…NOTHING!! We wound up paying on the machine that was in the table. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! When we were leaving we told the hostess and she immediately said “oh, you had Michael.” I said to her “if you already know he’s a bad waiter why is he still working here?” She replied, “whenever you come in just say you don’t want Michael.” I am completely disappointed in Outback if this is how they treat customer feedback. I always loved going to Outback but after today I will never step foot in that one again. DO BETTER OUTBACK!!! AWFUL!!!

Food is always good here. The $15 3 course meal is one of the best deals in the game.

If I could give a zero star I would. I never write reviews but I had to write it about this place.
I walked in on a Monday at 8pm. I was with my wife, two younger sons and my toddler daughter. The restaurant was very slow and had maybe 5 other groups in the restaurant. I asked if it was possible to sit in a booth and at first they tried to sit us in the booth closest to the restrooms so I politely asked if we could sit at another booth further from the restrooms. Almost every booth was open so I thought it shouldn’t be a problem but the guy gave me an attitude as if I asked him something crazy. After he sat us down we waited for a server that never came. Servers would walk past us and no one came by to even ask for our drink orders. We waited for 37 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave. My toddler was very restless and upset because she was hungry. On the way out I told the host that I was leaving because no one ever came by to take our order after 37 mins. She walked over to tell the manager and he just stared at us with a stupid look on his face. He didn’t even come over to us to apologize or say anything, he just stared at me so I walked out of the restaurant hungry and upset. My toddler and kids were very disappointed because they wanted to try to the food but the service was so horrible that we had to leave in fear of retaliation of speaking up. When we did speak up there was no apology or even a care that we were leaving just blank stares. I’m not a irrational person, if the place was busy I could understand. But there was almost no one there and to wait that long seemed like a slap in the face when servers were just standing around doing nothing. Very disappointing overall.

I’m not sure where to begin. Was told 30 min wait, we waited 50. When we finally got in it took at least ten minutes for our server to greet us. We had no silverware until after our food had come out. Glasses of water came out with black specks in the glass. Waitress never came back after taking order, we were asking multiple people for things who also never came back. Service was not good from anyone. Finally had to get up and ask the front servers for utensils and they only had one set up front. How is that possible? Never got the ranch we ordered on the side either. This place used to be a good quality establishment but not anymore. Very frustrating

It was Sunday march 8th and I initially called and asked the person on the phone “what time the kitchen closed” and the young lady responded by saying 9:00pm. I said not a problem so I picked my wife and two children and got to the restaurant at exactly 8:42 pm when the host told me they close in 20 minutes and I reiterated that I called here and was told by her that someone was probably joking and told me McDonalds was still open? Really… I left and went somewhere else (not McDonalds) and spent $350 on my party. I’m glad I didn’t spend it here because this place is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever been to
