  The manager at 501 Bay at S.I, NY 10304 refused to take my order at the register she also told an employee not service at the register pointing at the kiosk screen to place my order. I explained due to my previous experience my order is usually not how I prefer it. I'm particular with my food and the kiosk screen is not sensitive to a customers particularities. She kept insisting I order at the screen even told one of the employees to assist me. I asked why can't I order at the register, "we don't take orders here" I stated the person on line before me placed her order at the register, she ignored me and waved her hand saying I have customers waiting. When I tried to explain to the employee, she turned her head as if I wasn't talking to her. They both were very dismissive and rude towards me, customers should not be treated in this manner, I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Shame on the manager treating a customer this why and for letting your employee think this treatment is ok

  Both times I've been here they have completely forgotten about my orders and didnt do anything until we brought it up to them

  You can be the only one in McDonald line and they would send you to wait in a parking spot so you won’t mess up there time :… than you gotta wait a whole 10 minutes for them to bring out your food to your car and they still don’t get your order right :… so now you gotta go back inside just so you can get the correct items you paid for :…. And I only ordered 2 meals with no onion & pickles :.. SMH

  All throughout TERRIBLE. The staff in this McDonalds WILLINGLY IGNORED my breakfast order placed at 10:20 A.M!! I have timestamps for EVERYTHING. Kept telling delivery drivers that “the order was not ready”. Rightfully so they kept canceling. I WAITED 2 HOURS! Because they kept telling the drivers that it was being made. At exactly 12:05 P.M, a kind driver after asking MULTIPLE TIMES, tell me that they said they WILL NOT MAKE IT. Why? - “because we are not serving breakfast anymore” OBVIOUSLY YOURE NOT SERVING BREAKFAST ANYMORE AFTER DELAYING MY 10:20 A.M ORDER FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS! And of course Uber is no use and no help, the only thing they can do is cancel and refund. I wanted my food. Never order from this unprofessional franchise. They are negligent.

  It's tight squeezing in and out lot for drive thru. Otherwise this MCD is far above on speed and taste over the others on the island.
