My mom and I had craved for some ice cream and gotten a Oreo and reg vanilla sundae, the sundae wasn’t even full in the cup but rather only halfway. Came again the following morning to get a quick breakfast. I ordered through the app, but by the time I got to the store the app had said they’d cancelled my order so I order by the counter instead. After receiving it, I had left the door to catch my bus so I hadn’t checked if I got everything until I sat down, and they had forgotten the cookies I wanted. Please double check what your customers had ordered.
