  I ordered a pack of 3, but the girl gave me 6 and charged me for 6. When I discovered this, I asked her to correct my order and give me only 3 with a refund for the rest. She insisted that I keep the 6 and said she would refund me. I NEVER GOT ANY REFUND. This is a joke. They make a mistake and you pay for it.

  My husband and I came to get a 3 pack this evening and as we were ordering over the microphone we kept hearing the employee screaming “HELP ME” over and over and over again. Then once up at the window, the guy who was taking our payment was laughing and jokingly apologizing for him coworkers poor behavior. While the coworker was still in the back of the store yelling “HELP ME” over and over again. Dude, if you don’t like your job, get a new one. But don’t make such a reputable company look foolish. Not to mention yelling “HELP ME” anywhere (never mind an establishment in which you work and in NY) is so dangerous. Come on. All that to say, this was my first Krispy Kreme experience ever and the donuts were ok, a little dry and hard. I expected Krispy Kreme to be warm and fresh.

  My boyfriend stopped at Krispy Kreme to pick up donuts for his family’s party. We were trying to use a $5 off promotion, but didn’t realize we needed the barcode ready at the window. When we pulled up, the employee immediately seemed impatient and told us we needed a barcode to scan. Since we didn’t have it pulled up yet, my boyfriend quickly called his dad to get the code. While we were waiting (and with no cars behind us), the employee told us we had to either pull to the side or come back around because we were “running up her drive-thru time.” When my boyfriend pointed out that no one was behind us and asked if we could just wait, she responded very rudely and said she wasn’t going to sit there and wait for us to get a text message. We completely understand that it was a busy Saturday, but there was no reason for the attitude. The situation could have been handled much more politely. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary, which was disappointing.
