  I received the wrong order. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff mocked me in a language I could not understand, refused to give me the correct order, and treated me disrespectfully. The manager also yelled at me and mocked me. Very unprofessional experience.

  horrible customer service. ordered in the drive through but was subjected to discriminatory behavior. they were mocking us, giggling at us, and kept giving us the wrong order even though we had told them the correct name and order. honestly, don't know how the manager allowed this behavior to pass but they should be ashamed of themselves.

  this is by far the WORST restaurant i have ever gone to. the customer service here is SO bad its actually insane. the workers do not care about customers whatsoever and i pretty much just get ignored. they take a while to provide me with assistance like im just standing there waiting for someone to look since they are all busy talking about their daily life. they need to rehire for better workers that actually does their jobs because the current ones are so incompetent. whats so hard about actually assisting customers? do not come to this place.

  I recently ordered at this Wendy’s and they proceeded to give my order to the wrong person. I ordered through uber eats for pickup and they told me someone already took it. How does that possibility make sense? Do they not check the conformation on the phone to pick up orders. I’m extremely disappointed but you know it gets worse. I ask if they can remake the order, they proceed to tell me no. I ask if they can cancel the order through their system because that’s what uber eats customer service tells me to do. They proceed to tell me no again. What kind of customer service is this?? I come to this wendy’s all the time and i’ve never had a problem. But this one situation makes me not want to ever come back.
