- RARamzy AboshuqarOct 10, 20255.0This is my first time dine in that specific location 26 richmond Hill road after I moved recently from brooklyn, to b honest one of th best experience i had it was the whole my family, the cashier ( KIOSK ) He was so patient and so nice with my big order which about 22 items, the manager ( JANIYA ) was very very nice when I have miss understanding with two of my order got them wrong SHE fix it right away without an issue, definitely will back again soon, I recommend Wendy's richmond Hill road . There’s just no accountability. This place is terrible. Food is terrible. i’d recommend going to a different location, but the owner of this Location owns like nine on the island so they’re probably all with the same incompetent staff
