She has helped me multiple times with Instacart issues, and her kindness truly stands out. I use pickup about once a week, and with a toddler, grocery shopping in-store isn’t always easy — so pickup is essential for me. Recently, my orders kept getting accepted but never shopped, along with a handful of other problems. Each time, Melanie stepped in and helped. This time, she went completely above and beyond: she personally shopped my order and brought it out to me when things fell apart again. She even took the time to call me directly, figure out what was going wrong with my account, and offer a gift card for all the trouble. It’s not even her responsibility to fix Instacart-related issues, but she did it anyway. Her patience, care, and dedication make such a difference. She is truly an asset to Stop & Shop!

The only minor issues I have with this place is that sometimes the cashiers are inconsistent and may be running late, resulting in only one register opened. Sometimes if you go during late afternoon and evening hours, some of the stuff are not restocked. So highly recommend coming here early in the morning for the best experience.
